In this blog there are cartoons about normative people (middleclass, from families that has history of prosperity and well being, cis-gender, hetero, white, west european, monogamous, monocultural, etnocentric) and about how normativity leads to hoping world to be normative, but when you don’t get what you hope for, you get disapointed, horrified or confused but then you also hope, that you could understand not to discriminate just by hoping good to people and without working for understanding normativity and discriminatinon.

Telling about normativity is important, because not-normative people aren’t on the way in developing equality. But there’s a lot wrong in normative peolpe that discriminate and bully other people without understanding the meaning of own actions. With the help of this page we normative people can learn how to discriminate people in the right way and by understanding the meaning of our actions! 🙂

Tässä blogissa on sarjakuvia siitä, kun ihmisen normatiivisuus (keskiluokkaisuus, hyväosaisuus, cis-sukupuolisuus, heterous, valkoisuus, länsieurooppalaisuus, monogamisuus, monokulttuurisuus, etnosentrisyys) johtaa siihen, että hän toivoo maailmalta normatiivisuutta, mutta ei saa mitä toivoo ja pettyy, kauhistuu tai hämmentyy mutta toivoo, että voisi ymmärtää olla syrjimättä vain toivomalla hyvää ilman että tarvitsisi tehdä töitä maailman normatiivisuuden ja siitä kumpuavan syrjinnän ymmärtämisen eteen.

Normatiivisuudesta puhuminen on tärkeää, koska ei-normatiiviset ihmiset eivät ole yhdenvertaisuuden kehityksen esteenä. Kehityksen esteenä on normatiiviset ihmiset, jotka syrjivät ja kiusaavat muita ihmisiä ilman, että ymmärtävät oman toimintansa seurauksia. Tämän sivun avulla me normatiiviset ihmiset voimme oppia syrjimään oikeaoppisesti ja tiedostaen tekomme merkityksen! 🙂
